  • Diapers are considered a personal item and therefore returns are not accepted unless they are damaged during delivery.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any damage to the delivery agent at that time.
  • The delivery agent must then confirm the damage, and only then can a refund be processed.
  • Please note that in order to receive a refund for damaged items, customers must retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Any returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
